Items purchased at chavezplumbingandsupply.com (non-special order/non-electrical/non-cut pipe/water heaters/heating/ cooling systems, toilets) can be returned up to 30 days of receipt of the product in store only, Items will be inspected at our warehouse upon receipt. Credit will be given to items we determine have not been installed or used in any way (except in case of defect). Products must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition - which requires the product to be in its original packaging and in 100% resalable condition (unless product is deemed defective by our staff). No Returns on Special Orders. No Returns on Electrical. No Returns on Cut Pipe. No returns on water heaters, heating or cooling equipment, or toilets.
